1. Who is responsible

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Effortless Digital, Nikola Stankovic. You can reach us at any time at contact@effortless-digital.net.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the site, the server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested and your browser type. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics to see how often pages are visited. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Visitors are counted using a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours, so you cannot be identified or tracked across sites. We use it based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form

If you send us a request through the contact form, we process the data you enter (name, company, email, phone number, preferred contact time, selected package and your message) to answer your request and prepare a possible offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Form submissions are transmitted to and stored in our Microsoft 365 environment via Microsoft Power Automate (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., Dublin, Ireland). We delete your data once your request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Appointment booking

If you book a consultation, you are forwarded to Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). The data you enter there (name, email, appointment time) is used only to arrange and hold the appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Email

If you email us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

6. Web analytics (Google Analytics)

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Google Analytics is only loaded after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer of this page.

7. Fonts

The fonts on this website are served from our own server. No connection to Google Fonts or other font providers is made when you visit the site.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
